CLUB REGISTRATION

2026 Season Registration

Registrations for the 2026 season are now OPEN.

This is a two-step process which is outlined below.

Step 1- Club Online Registration

Complete the Club registration form by the closing date of 10 March 2026. This allows the committee sufficient time to finalise team selections.

Step 2 - PlayHQ Registration and Payment

Once team allocations have been confirmed, a PlayHQ registration link will be sent via email. Registration and payment must be completed by the closing date outlined in that email.

Age Groups and Team Placement

Age groups remain consistent with last season.

Under 14

Under 14 teams will be allocated by the club rather than through team nominations. This allows us to balance teams appropriately and ensure the best experience for all players.

Team allocations will consider playing ability, preferred positions, experience, special comments noted within registration and overall team balance. While all information provided will be considered, placements cannot be guaranteed.

Under 17 and Older

For Under 17 and older age groups, teams will be self nominated. Players are expected to register as part of an organised team.
If you are having trouble finding a team, please contact the registrar and we will assist where possible.

General Team Requirements

  • Teams must provide a coach and team manager.
    Coaches must hold a Foundation Coaching Accreditation. The club will fully reimburse coaches qualifications.

  • When club made teams are released if your team does not have a coach & mananger the team wont be registered until those posiitons are filled.
    Teams must consist of a minimum of eight players and a maximum of ten players.
    In the case of BYO team (17s & up) preferred number of players per team is nine. If a team nominates eight players, the Club reserves the right to allocate a ninth player.

  • Each team will be allocated canteen duties throughout the season. It is the responsibility of the team to ensure these duties are fulfilled. Failure to complete allocated duties will result in a team fine in accordance with Club policy.
